Returns

Please contact us within 30 Days to arrange the return of any nondamaged item. There will be a fee (between $22-$74) for a return label.
Please Note: Returned items must be in re-sellable condition, in original packaging and free from defects.
Prior authorization is necessary for processing your return. Click here to submit your request.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale (ie items to which you have applied a discount code) cannot be refunded.


Did we make an error?

We make every effort to accurately fulfill your order before it leaves our warehouse. If, however, we have mis-shipped an item please contact us at support@totencarry.com. You may also call us at (909) 480-1430.
We'll arrange to ship you the correct product right away and provide a postage label to return the mis-shipped item.
