Damaged or Defective item Refunds

You have 30 Days to submit for a full refund or exchange of any damaged or defective item. Click here to submit your request.

Your returned item must arrive at our facility before receiving the refund to your original bank account or payment method.


Returns

Please contact us within 30 Days to arrange the return of any non-damaged item. There will be a fee (between $23-$75) for a return label.

If a replacement is being sent out after 30 days, customers are required to pay for shipping.


Please Note: Returned items must be in re-sellable condition, in original packaging and free from defects.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale (ie items to which you have applied a discount code) cannot be refunded.

Price Adjustments 

If you wish to request a price/coupon code adjustment to an order that has already been placed, you  have a maximum of 3 days to do so.  We cannot adjust or apply discounts or coupon codes to orders that are more than 3 days old.


Did we make an error?

We make every effort to accurately fulfill your order before it leaves our warehouse. If, however, we have mis-shipped an item please contact us at support@totencarry.com. You may also call us at (909) 480-1430.
We'll arrange to ship you the correct product right away and provide a postage label to return the mis-shipped item.
